I always end up with water in my fuel. Rather it be deisel or gas. Some of the people that work there isn't very friendly. Mainly management and family of the business.
Extremely poor customer service. Employees are seemingly obtuse, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I went inside to ask if this station accepted my companies fuel card. The shift manager stated that she wasn't sure and would call the police, if it was declined. Wait, what?! I hadn't even pumped a single gallon of diesel and she's amped to call 911... unreasonable! Professional Drivers... Stay Away!
I explained the lady on phone that I do not own the tank anymore and that we have never signed any agreement about a tank rental. All she had to say our Company sticker is on the tank and that "ignorance" ain't going to help me in this situation and good that I told them that I have sold the tank to somebody because know the owner has an offence against me. Sound like a threat to me!!!
I paid for the tank and I hope some people read this and choose a different company to get propane from unless you like this kind of treatment.
Since I was already around the corner from Philly fuels I went in personally. Needless to say having a normal conversation with this rude Lady is impossible. She even denied ever saying that her boss has now something against me and trying to get back up about this from her co- worker.
If I could 0 stars I would! We use to get propane from Philly fuels. We always paid on time. It has been 2 years since the last time. Yesterday I receive a bill stating that I have to pay a yearly rental fee or buy the tank for $350. I almost fell over backwards... I never been aware that we didn't own the propane tank since when we bought house in 2009 the tank already been there.
Outstanding Customer Service Agents , There Knowledge of all Fuel Oil and Propane other Fuel Products is Excellent .
Worked here. it's pretty gross. And the girls are mean. They talk badly about the customers.
